The success of a firm is not solely on making a lot of profit from their products and services but other things matter too. Employees with maximum productivity in their tasks are a way of making higher profits and as such overall success of the firm. No profit or success level can be said to be highest possible for business since by improving other aspects, the levers can go even higher. Eliminating common distractions for employees such as the use of the internet for personal reasons while working is a way of improving productivity.

Creating an environment that gives workers the courage to face their superiors on problems they face can be great in improving a business. This makes it easy for workers to forward suggestions and ideas that can help in improving the production and conditions for them. Managers who understand the expertise of their workers can get more and better work done by assigning the work to those employees best suited to do it. By making it possible for good communication, feedback is easily got and changes done.
